Medicare wants to ensure your medical needs are met and require certain medical visits while in SNF/LTC. Our team will see you within your first few days of admission and regularly throughout your stay.

When acute medical situations occur or chronic conditions worsen, we are present to ensure you are evaluated timely and discuss treatment options.
PALLIATIVE CARE
Formal palliative care consults can be arranged when necessary and our entire medical team is experienced to provide palliation and comfort.
MEDICAL DIRECTORSHIP
Dr. Derosier's goal is to have a collaborative relationship with facilities to help coordinate and evaluate the medical care within the facility by reviewing and evaluating aspects of physician care and practitioner services and helping the facility identify, evaluate and address health care issues related to the quality of care and quality of life of residents.
